Jan Ullrich Cycling Tour on May 18, 2025
Eligibility to participate:
Athletes of any age are eligible to take part in the Jan Ullrich Cycling Tour. There are no restrictions in terms of license or club affiliation. Anyone with the appropriate level of physical fitness can take part. The Jan Ullrich Cycling Tour on Sunday, May 18, 2025 is not a race: there is no timekeeping and there are no ranking lists.
Registration:
Online registrations can only be made via the official ticket portal, which is linked at www.jan-ullrich-cycling-tour.com. It is not possible to cancel the registration. However, the starting place can be transferred informally by e-mail to another person up to and including May 5, 2025 for a cancellation/processing fee of 50 euros (incl. VAT). Ticket insurance can also be taken out as an option during the ordering process. The registration deadline is May 15, 2025 or earlier if the total contingent of tickets is exhausted. Late registrations on the weekend of the event are not possible.

Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
Showers:
Shower facilities are available in the neighboring Minara swimming pool on Sundays.
Daypack drop-off:
In the "Haus des Bürgers" you can drop off and store your festival goodie bag with personal items during the event.
Bike park:
There is a supervised bike park in the start/finish area where you can set up your bikes.
Route closure and timetable:
The completely closed circuit has a length of 29.7 kilometers with 320 meters of elevation gain. The number of laps can be decided flexibly and at short notice during the tour: 1, 2, 3 or a maximum of 4 laps. There is no general timekeeping or ranking lists - it's the experience that counts! However, there will be two segments per lap on which a time measurement with evaluation will be taken on this section.
A start is possible from 10:00h on Sunday or later. The finish is at 14:00h. The closed off Come Together area with extensive "all inclusive" catering is open until 17:00h.
Bicycle, equipment, photo and film recordings:
All two-wheeled bicycles in perfect technical condition are permitted. E-bikes are permitted. Helmets are compulsory. Failure to comply may result in a ban from the start.
The following accessories are excluded for safety reasons:
Bicycle trailers of any kind as well as aluminum or glass drinking bottles
For safety reasons, participants are not permitted to film or take photographs from their bicycles during active participation in the Jan Ullrich Cycling Tour.
Liability / Declaration of consent / Use of data:
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for damage of any kind. This applies to both personal injury and damage to property, in particular for the consequences of accidents and for lost items such as bicycles, accessories or clothing. By registering, all participants bindingly declare that there are no health concerns against participation and that they are sufficiently fit. All participants agree that they may be excluded from the event if the time limit is exceeded. By registering, participants agree that the personal data provided may be processed internally and that photos, film footage and interviews taken in connection with the event may be published on radio and television, in advertising, books and other media without any claim to remuneration. By registering, participants expressly confirm the accuracy of all data provided and assure that the personalized start number may not be passed on and must be affixed properly and clearly visible.
Note in accordance with the Data Protection Act:
The data of all participants will be stored electronically to the extent necessary for the organization of the bike race. Registration is only binding once the organization fee has been paid in full. This is due upon registration and is payable immediately.
