Terms and Conditions (T&C) “Business Social Ride” on September 5, 2026, as part of the Jan Ullrich Cycling Festival
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the participants and Sauser Event GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) regarding participation in the “Business Social Ride” (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).
2. Registration and Contract Formation Registration for the event must be submitted exclusively via email to business@jan-ullrich-cycling-festival.com, including full personal information, including your address and phone number. By registering, the person making the reservation submits a binding offer to enter into a contract.
3 Participation fee and terms of payment Payment shall be made by bank transfer after invoicing by the organizer and the booking shall only be valid once this invoice has been paid on time. If no payment is made within this period, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration.
4 Scope of services and program changes The organizer will endeavor to hold the event as announced. However, it cannot be guaranteed that announced celebrity guests or presenters will be present. We reserve the right to make changes to the program, the cast or the course of the event. Such changes do not justify any claim for reimbursement or reduction of the participation fee.
5. force majeure If the event cannot be held as planned due to force majeure (e.g. illness of a guest, pandemics, natural disasters, official orders), there is no entitlement to the presence of certain guests If the event is canceled altogether, the organizer will inform the participants immediately and, if possible, offer an alternative date or a refund in accordance with the applicable conditions.
6 Withdrawal and cancellation by the booking party Withdrawal from participation is generally not possible.
7 Exclusion of liability The organizer is not liable for damages caused by the cancellation or modification of the event, unless they are due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
8 Data protection The data provided by the participant as part of the registration process will be processed and stored for the purpose of organizing the event. Data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent necessary or with the express consent of the participant.
9. final provisions Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

3. Registration Fee and Payment Terms Payment is made directly at the time of booking via the payment service provider of the online portal www.my-ticket.shop.
