General Terms and Conditions Jan Ullrich Cycling Festival on May 17 / 18, 2025 in Bad Dürrheim
- Access to the event
No admission ticket is required to attend the event as a spectator. The route as a whole is freely accessible without controls. - Sound and image recordings
The visitor acknowledges that image, sound and photo recordings are occasionally made at events, which are subsequently exploited (television and radio broadcasts, photos, video, audio, etc.). If the visitor is depicted or recorded during or in connection with the event in image, sound and photo recordings for television, radio, internet, film, print media etc. approved by the organizer, the visitor agrees that these images or recordings may be stored, evaluated and also used for commercial purposes by the organizer and/or other authorized parties (e.g. television broadcasters) without compensation, without time or space restrictions, by means of any current or future technical process, provided that the use does not unduly infringe the personal interests of the visitor. In this context, the organizer is entitled to grant third parties rights of use to the aforementioned recordings. Visitors are prohibited from using the Internet, radio, TV or other current and/or future media technologies to transmit sound and/or image material, descriptions, results and/or statistics of the event in whole or in part or to assist other persons in carrying out such activities. Visitors are only authorized to make photo, film, video or other audio/visual recordings of events for private use. Any commercial use or use for commercial purposes of such recordings is strictly prohibited. The visitor to the event shall grant the organizer the rights of use to images or videos showing scenes from a sports competition as soon as they are used commercially (e.g. monetized YouTube channel). - Volume
Visitors are particularly advised that the volume at this event can be high and that there is a risk of damage to hearing and health. Visitors must take appropriate protective measures themselves. This applies in particular to children, for whose protection the accompanying person must take care, as well as to persons who are sensitive to hearing. - Liability
Attendance at our event is at your own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for any damage unless the organizer breaches contractual obligations intentionally or through gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to personal injury. Any liability is in any case limited to compensation for foreseeable damage typical of the contract and does not include indirect damage. Insofar as the liability of the organizer is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of its employees, representatives and vicarious agents. Accidents, damages and injuries must be reported to the organizer immediately.
